NARTech was awarded a Prime Contract for SPEARS Development, Modernization and Enhancements

NARTech has been awarded a prime contract for development, modernization, and enhancements of HUD’s Section 3 Performance Evaluation and Registry System (SPEARS)

Under this prime contract, NARTech will provide IT support services for oversight and monitoring of the Section 3 outcomes under the revised Section 3 rule. In addition, NARTech will assist with automation of Section 3 audit procedures and in development of Section 3 compliance and reporting dashboard.

NARTech, a CMMI Level 5 organization, is pleased to announce their selection as the awardee for the EPA’s Data Act Support Services contract.

Under this prime contract, NARTech will provide support services in the following task areas: Project Management, System Security Certification, Documentation, Application Performance Testing, Functional Analysis, Data Analysis, Software Analytics, COTS Support, and Application Systems Migration.​

NARTech was awarded a Prime Contract for EPA SCORPIOS Application Alternatives Analysis and Modernization.

NARTech, a CMMI Level 5 organization, is pleased to announce their selection as the awardee for the EPA’s Superfund Cost Recovery Package Imaging and Online System (SCORPIOS) Alternatives Analysis and Modernization contract.

Under this prime contract, NARTech will provide project management, alternatives analysis, and full application modernization support for the EPA SCORPIOS. The SCORPIOS system supports oversight billings and recovery of billions of dollars through creation of Cost Recovery Packages (CRPs) that may be used as evidence in court proceedings and must meet evidentiary standards set by the Courts, the Department of Justice, Office of General Counsel, and the Office of Inspector General. The modernized version of the SCORPIOS will be web-based and will meet all functional and certification requirements of EPA, NIST, and the OMB.
