NARTech has been awarded a prime contract for development, modernization, and enhancements of HUD’s Section 3 Performance Evaluation and Registry System (SPEARS)
Under this prime contract, NARTech will provide IT support services for oversight and monitoring of the Section 3 outcomes under the revised Section 3 rule. In addition, NARTech will assist with automation of Section 3 audit procedures and in development of Section 3 compliance and reporting dashboard.
