GSA awarded a new 20-year Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) to NARTech

GSA awarded a new 20-year Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) to NARTech through a streamlined award process. This new MAS contract has a 5-year base and three 5-year option periods. It is a follow-on to NARTech’s previous GSA IT Schedule 70 that was awarded back in March 2005 and is now coming closer to its sunset. CMS SPARC IDIQ Contract Awarded to NARTech

February 2017

NARTech has been selected as a prime contractor for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Strategic Partner Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) program. The CMS SPARC contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with $25 billion ceiling and a 10-year (5-year base and 5-year option) performance period. All orders less than $29 million (including options) will be reserved for small business pool. This contract will provide strategic, technical, and program management advice, guidance and support services to CMS to facilitate the modernization of business processes and supporting systems and their operations. These systems will include the Federal Healthcare Exchange and Medicare/Medicaid information technology systems. Range of services required under this contract include: Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Maintenance and Operations support.

NARTech plays key role in major HUD initiative on Fair Housing compliance

On July 8, 2015, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced a final rule to equip communities that receive HUD funding with data and tools to help them meet long-standing fair housing obligations in their use of HUD funds. The final rule aims to provide all HUD program participants with clear guidelines and data they can use to achieve those goals. HUD’s rule clarifies and simplifies existing fair housing obligations and creates a streamlined Assessment of Fair Housing planning process, which will help communities analyze challenges to fair housing choice and establish their own goals and priorities to address the fair housing barriers in their community.

FHFA awards NARTech a 5-Year Application Development Support Services Contract

September 2013

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) awarded NARTech a 5-Year contract to provide Application Development Support Services for FHFA’s more than thirty (30) internally developed applications. These applications support FHFA’s mission to regulate and supervise Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and twelve (12) Federal Home Loan Banks.

NARTech awarded a 3-year IV&V contract by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)

NARTech, a CMMI Level 4 organization, is pleased to announce that they have been selected by HUD to provide Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) support services for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO). Under this 3-year IV&V contract, NARTech will provide quality assurance and control services to support the successful implementation of HUD’s IT projects, systems and services, including solution development and delivery for the various program areas within the agency, using industry standards, such as PMBOK, CMMI and IEEE.

HUD OCIO recognizes NARTech for providing outstanding services on the Web Access Security System (WASS) contract

In the HUD OCIO Solutions Newsletter cover page article, NARTech has been recognized for providing outstanding services in support of the Web Access Security System (WASS) – a critical path to HUD’s Success. System improvements implemented by NARTech team resulted in a 30% reduction in end-user service desk tickets thus making this year one of the smoothest filing seasons for 140,000 end-users over a last 10 year period.

NARTech was awarded a 5-year prime contract for providing full system development life cycle services for Web Access Security System (WASS). WASS serves as the single sign-on portal and provides a common framework for administering application-level security for over 35 HUD program area business application systems and over 140,000 external and 4,000 internal HUD end-users.

NARTech selected as prime IT provider for OGC

NARTech was selected to provide Information Technology (IT) Services for the five (5) Office of General Counsel (OGC) application systems and the E-Discovery program.
