This CMMI Level 5 appraisal places NARTech among the Top 5% of appraisals in the United States , according to the CMMI Institute’s Published Appraisal Results. System improvements implemented by NARTech team resulted in a 30% reduction in end-user service desk tickets thus making this year one of the smoothest filing seasons for 140,000 end-users over a last 10 year period.
