NARTech has been selected as a prime contractor for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Strategic Partner Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) program. The CMS SPARC contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with $25 billion ceiling and a 10-year (5-year base and 5-year option) performance period. All orders less than $29 million (including options) will be reserved for small business pool. This contract will provide strategic, technical, and program management advice, guidance and support services to CMS to facilitate the modernization of business processes and supporting systems and their operations. These systems will include the Federal Healthcare Exchange and Medicare/Medicaid information technology systems. Range of services required under this contract include: Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Maintenance and Operations support.
